Crews where diligent and those in training had a couple of good instructors. It was proven some needed tighter supervision.

I suggest ALL crews carry magnetic 'brooms" to collect rivets and metal shards from trimming metal components.

During workday and when packing up

Roof Response were awesome - timely, excellent quality work, worked in well and very considerate with the renters (my elderly parents lol:) who stayed throughout the works. They did a complete re-roof, gutters, gutter guards etc. after a hail storm - on an old Queenslander house and shed. Brought everything up to spec and did not take short-cuts. Looks immaculate. Worked in really well with the other tradies that did other work at the same time (eg) painting, insulation batts etc. with no fuss.

After the heartache of trying to deal with NRMA and their associated repairers who were extremely unhelpful and unprofessional, I finally found Roof Response and they just got the job done in a very professional and safe manner. Couldn't be happier.

Owner/Tradesman Chris is all the above I have highlighted as well of his knowledge of the Australian Building Codes that All building/repairs are Heeded by. His code  knowledge  tells any future customer the work you ask Roof Response to do will be completed correctly. Peace of Mind Tradesman are like Gold Today. Do not Trust any other roofing company if Chris will do the work..

We're very impressed with the Roof Response team, who exceeded expectations with our roofing replacement and repairs during storm season. The work was completed ahead of schedule and to a high standard.
